What will happen to the many college students whose only housing option is a college dorm?

Youth in foster care or formerly in foster care are among those impacted.  For many of these youth and young adults, there is no place to go once schools have closed their dorms or other on-campus housing. Homelessness may be the next step for many of these youth.
