A fracking company in East Tx has placed pipelines directly under an Black historical home that is adjacent to a housing development intended to serve marginalized people.  The residents/owners have been warned to prepare to evacuate at any time. Even though some are both land and mineral owners, they have never sold any land or mineral rights. How is the survival and the destiny of these people being shaped by the powers and laws that currently exist?  Are they subjected to live with this ticking time bomb with no recourse?

 Are we participating in violence by using products that are produced in a way that is done out of exploitation of people and or destruction to the earth…?
