VISION

Choices Interlinking is committed to the vision that all youth and young adults have equitable access to the resources they need to succeed. We envision a world where youth and caring adults learn and work together as catalysts for growth and change. This vision extends especially to youth and young adults who have historically faced racial and other structural barriers to success.

MISSION

We seek systemic solutions to longstanding problems of racial inequities, especially those impacting underserved marginalized youth and young adults of color. The intersections of climate change, environmental injustice and social injustice are key to our work.  We work together with youth leaders and others to find equitable solutions that address the legacy of systemic racism, environmental injustice and social injustice, including access to housing, safe environments and jobs. We seek to rebuild the U.S. economy and social fabric in ways that work for everyone.
